| 22 March 2001 College Presidents Forum Heads of Universities Sign Historic Agreement to Address Alcohol Problems Among College Students What: College presidents, student leaders, and public officials sign policies that will change the environment that tolerates, if not encourages, underage and high-risk drinking. Students under 21 drink more and experience more negative consequences than their older counterparts.
