The one at Highway 94 near Old Campo Road shows five cops standing in front of jail bars. The caption reads "Drunk drivers meet your new bartenders." The billboard sponsors, Communities Against Substance Abuse, Sycuan, and Discount Tires, are hoping to add more signs throughout the East County. |
